About Us
History
Sahabat Waskita Teknik previously named Waskita Teknik was established in 1983. We started its business by trading several heavy equipment for construction, industrial pumps and accessories located in the Central Jakarta area. When the industrialization and national development program developed rapidly, we saw this as an opportunity to develop its business and began to focus on quality pump products and accessories. Then we transformed to improve after-sales service and product lines. This change was accompanied by the change of our name from Waskita Teknik to Sahabat Waskita Teknik and was trusted by the principal to be the distributor of several well-known pump brands.
Company Development
The product line continues to grow and expand to include assembly support, system integration, installation and commissioning. For more than 38 years, Sahabat Waskita Teknik continues to improve infrastructure facilities and services for customers by adding 3 warehouses and a workshop in the West Jakarta area. Communication media with customers, business partners, and principals were also renewed. There is regular improvement and development by sending competent staffs to receive training from principals, providing training to customers, and attending industry exhibitions on a regular basis.

Our Facility
Warehouse
Customer needs with high complexity and also demands for excellent service make us always active in improving our product lines. Urgent needs and fast delivery times are the two things that our customers want most often. Currently, we have a new warehouse facility with a total area of 1,000m². With this facility, we can back up:
- More than 2000 pump units in 200 model variations
- 1500 units of electric motors in 200 variations of models
- 100 units of diesel engines with variations of 40 - 350 kW
Workshop
As a system integrator and pump repair service center, we need a workshop area and workshop facilities that are able to meet their needs. Our service team occupies a workshop area of 324m². This workshop is equipped with workshop equipment from welding machines, cutting tools, lifting equipment, and testing facilities. We can test the pumping system that we make first to ensure that the unit has no problems during commissioning.
